OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Most vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Validation for other service in conjunction with your voucher may vary, if unsure please contact a member of our customer service team. Your voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and can only be used as described. Vouchers, special offers, invitations and gift cards are transferable but non-refundable once purchased. A voucher, special offers or promotions are not redeemable for cash or any other goods and can only be used as described. The dates and time available for your photographic session in conjunction with selected vouchers, promotions, special offers and gift may vary, please contact a member of our customer service team and have your reference or code available for further details. A Maximum of two per session, if necessary, and additional couple can book a consecutive session if available. Deposit paid for more than a group of two can only be applied towards images on the day of your session.

Important Information

To schedule an appointment, we require a refundable booking deposit of £50 per person. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a additional £25 per person no show fee and any deposit paid will not be redeemable. If accommodating a large group more than 4 people an additional charge will be applicable, please enquire for rates.

Appointment, once made and secured with a deposit cannot be cancelled, only rescheduled. Once your original booking has been secured and deposit has been taken you (the client) who originally booked the appointment must attend. This condition would remain in place regardless of rescheduling. If an appointment is changed without a minimum of seven (7) business days notice or is rescheduled more than once, any deposit paid will become non-refundable and can only be applied towards images. Any complimentary images that are part of any promotion, special offer or invitation are to be of the individual only (over 18). Under 18’s must attend with a parent (Mother and /or Father). Legal guardian (i.e 19 years sister or a friend) attendance cannot replace of a parent. You are required to bring a minimum of 4-6 wardrobe changes, attend with clean hair, minimal make-up and must show a valid invitation, promotion or voucher at the time of arrival at Southbank studios. You should allow at least six(6) hours for your session and you must complete all stages (Hair, Makeup, Photoshoot, Viewing). For special promotion customer all stages are equally important to us to create some great images for you, if  customer only want have a hair and makeover done for specific purpose on the day and not want take apart of photoshoot ( or want to reduce photoshoot session time) may result in forfeited your deposit.  Waiting times may vary and you should allow a minimum one (1) hour for your images to be viewed. Viewing session can be booked over for another day, your booking deposit will be remain until viewing session has completed.

If we are unable to accommodate you on the date of your appointment because our requirements have not been met, your appointment will be re-scheduled to another date. Your deposit may be applied to secure another appointment but can only be applied towards imagery on the rescheduled date. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your schedule appointment time, Southbank studio reserves the right not to accommodate you on that day. All rights reserved. Failure to do so may result in any deposit paid to be forfeited. It may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of your appointment for your deposit to be credit back to you.

Data Privacy Policy

Your date may be used by Southbank Studio. We may notify you of any special offers, promotions seasonal gift or other produces and services and advice you of any upcoming events. We may contact you either by post, via email or telephone.

We will not honour any verbal agreements made with sales representatives. For further information please contact a member of our administration.
